These Terms have been drawn up in French. In case of differences between the different versions, the French version takes precedence.

 

1. General

The names "Sabrina Lazure Cartographer", "Sabrina Lazure" and "sabrinalazure.com" all refer to the company Sabrina Lazure Cartographe (NEQ 2276828151), hereinafter also referred to as "we", "us", "our" or "ours". The terms "Product" and "Products" include any physical product, electronic product or service that is provided by Sabrina Lazure Cartographer.

This Website is hosted by Wix.com and uses the services of Square Canada, Inc. as a payment method. These companies provide the online trading platform. You can refer to their respective sites for all of their terms of use.

By accessing and using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all sales made through the Website or through a direct order with Sabrina Lazure. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access the Website or download any of its content. When you fill out a form or complete a purchase, you agree to these Terms by default.

We reserve the right to refuse to serve you, to cancel an order, to remove or modify the content of the Website or to cease the sale or production of a Product whether or not you have complied with these Terms. Additionally, we reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without notice. The modifications applied to the Website, such as, but not limited to, the conditions of use, the legal notices, will prevail over the previous indications. Sabrina Lazure Cartographer reserves the right to close or temporarily suspend the online activities of its Website without notice. By using this Website, you waive any or all legal action against Sabrina Lazure.

 

2. Shipping

**Please note that due to the COVID-19 outbreak, order processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.**

​

When you order, you will receive a confirmation email and then another email advising you of the shipment of your order, including the tracking number.  

​

All maps and posters are printed on demand to ensure excellent quality, minimize waste and respect the environment. Order processing time may take 1-4 business days after payment is cleared. Transit times are normally around 2-5 business days with tracking number. For remote areas (departing from Montreal (Qc)), please allow up to 10 additional days. If an additional delay is expected or the Product ordered is no longer available, you will receive a notification by email or telephone. Sabrina Lazure Cartographer cannot be held responsible for additional delays on the announced delivery times that would be due to the carrier.

All orders are carefully packaged and the boxes and rigid envelopes used are ultra-resistant. If you receive your order in poor condition, please notify us immediately. Please note that your order cannot be modified, canceled or redirected after it has left our premises.

If you have a particular need, such as gift wrapping (with a gift invoice without amounts entered) or other, do not hesitate to contact me and I will see what is possible according to your needs. We do not ship internationally at this time, if you are interested in our Products and live outside of Canada, please contact us so that we can see what is possible.

Shipping is $10.00 per order and free for orders over $100 before taxes in Canada.  

 

3. Exchanges and refunds

​

All Products purchased online and shipped are firm (final) sale. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you are really dissatisfied or have a problem with a Product you have purchased, please notify us quickly and we will see what can be done depending on the situation. If you need to make a change to your order and it is not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. It is possible to cancel or modify your order before it is shipped. However, if the order has left our premises, no exchange, modification or refund is possible. For exceptions, see below.

Exceptions:
If your order arrives damaged, you have 7 days following receipt of the order to contact us for an exchange. If your order got lost on the way, please let us know so we can contact the carrier and resend your order. Please note that with the tracking number you can see where your package is at all times and whether it has been delivered. If you made a mistake when ordering, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to make an exchange (no refund). If the error is on your part, the return shipping costs will not be refunded, but the unwanted Product will be, and the replacement order must be paid for before any new shipment. Returned Products must be in the same condition you received them, unused and in their original packaging. The refund will be issued apon verification of the returned item. Before sending anything back to Sabrina Lazure Cartographer, please contact us at 1-514-250-8087 or email us at info@sabrinalazure.com.

No refund or exchange whatever the situation if the Product:

• Is not in the original condition (unless damaged by our fault)

• Has been used

• Was received more than 7 days ago

• Was obtained by special order, custom order or on discount

• Is a gift card

 

*If you need to "rent" a Product, for filming or otherwise, please contact Sabrina Lazure.  

 

4. Products

​

The colors of the Products presented on the Website are reproduced as faithfully as possible. However, since displayed colors vary from computer screen to computer screen, and color palettes are not the same on screen (RGB) as they are in print (CMYK), Sabrina Lazure Cartographer cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your computer screen are identical to the actual colors of the Product. If you have specific needs, you can contact Sabrina Lazure Cartographer to make a special order.

Sabrina Lazure Cartographer reserves the right, without any obligation or notice, to interrupt or modify the characteristics, options and prices of the Products offered on this Website.

 

5. Resale and wholesale purchase

Resale is possible only with the written consent of Sabrina Lazure. A resale discount is available. For more information on this subject, contact Sabrina Lazure directly.

For wholesale purchases, please contact Sabrina Lazure. Discounts are available based on purchase volume. Note that volume discounts are not configured on the online store and must be made directly with Sabrina Lazure to obtain the applicable discount.

 

6. Conditions of use of the Products

All Products sold by Sabrina Lazure Cartographer are subject to the following Product Terms of Use:

Sabrina Lazure Cartographer's Products are not intended for commercial use. Any partial or complete reproduction, copy, transmission, distribution, modification, resale, rental without the express written consent of Sabrina Lazure is prohibited. If you want to distribute a Product (with or without profit) or become a reseller, please contact Sabrina Lazure. The Products are protected by copyright under the provisions of Canadian and international laws.

The Products must not be used in any way in contravention of the laws, regulations, rules, decrees, codes, guidelines or policies in force in the territory where they are used.

Despite all the checks prior to the publication of a Product, some errors may slip into the databases used and/or during data processing. Use of the Products by the purchaser, end user and/or subsequent purchasers and users is at their own risk. Sabrina Lazure does not warrant that the data used for the maps or any other Product is accurate and/or complete. Sabrina Lazure is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of the maps or any other Product, including, but without limiting the scope of the foregoing, pecuniary, indirect or extraordinary damages resulting from the use of erroneous data, or any other damage resulting from the use or misuse of Sabrina Lazure Cartographer's Products.

 

7. Errors

The error is human. If a Product contains errors in its description, title, price, image, or any other error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for such Product. If you have already been charged for this Product, you will be reimbursed for the total charges related to the Product. If the Product is part of an order with multiple Products, we will contact you so that you can choose to cancel the Product with the error or the entire order so that you are not penalized. In all cases, we will contact you to let you know that there is an error in the Product.  

 

8. Pricing

​

The prices displayed on the Website are in Canadian dollars, before taxes, assembly fees (if applicable), fees for additional modification services other than those already included in the Product options (if applicable), transport fees and customs duties (if applicable). The amounts are payable in a single payment in Canadian dollars at the time of the order. We reserve the right to modify the retail price of the Products at any time and without notice.

 

9. Means of payment

The Website uses the services of Square Canada, Inc. for online payments. The following cards are accepted:

VISA, MasterCard, Amex, ChinaUnionPay, Jcb, Diners, CartesBancaires, Discover, Electron, Maestro.

For orders off the Website, such as services, special orders, resale orders or bulk purchases, other means of payment are accepted. Please contact us for more information on this.

Square Canada, Inc. is a third-party service provider, by using this service (by making payment on the Website), you are directly engaging with it. We recommend that you review Stripe's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service before using this third-party service. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of this third-party service, and that we accept no responsibility for the personal data that you exchange with this third party.

 

10. Comments, Feedback and Other User Submissions
