All Products purchased online and shipped are firm (final) sale. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you are really dissatisfied or have a problem with a Product you have purchased, please notify us quickly and we will see what can be done depending on the situation. If you need to make a change to your order and it is not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. It is possible to cancel or modify your order before it is shipped. However, if the order has left our premises, no exchange, modification or refund is possible. For exceptions, see below.
Exceptions:
If your order arrives damaged, you have 7 days following receipt of the order to contact us for an exchange. If your order got lost on the way, please let us know so we can contact the carrier and resend your order. Please note that with the tracking number you can see where your package is at all times and whether it has been delivered. If you made a mistake when ordering, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to make an exchange (no refund). If the error is on your part, the return shipping costs will not be refunded, but the unwanted Product will be, and the replacement order must be paid for before any new shipment. Returned Products must be in the same condition you received them, unused and in their original packaging. The refund will be issued apon verification of the returned item. No refund or exchange whatever the situation if the Product:
- Is not in the original condition (unless damaged by our fault)
- Has been used
- Was received more than 7 days ago
- Was obtained by special order, custom order or on discount
- Is a gift card
